Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: A beautifully restored old building retaining many old features alongside modern features and furniture. Private parking, gym and pool were excellent. Very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and accommodating.
Negative: There is no restaurant for dinner. Sandwiches and snacks are advertised as available, but the kitchen was closed on the evening of our stay. Had to get a taxi to take us 12km to a restaurant for dinner. It’s was worth the effort, the restaurant was superb.
Summary: A great place to stay in a very quiet village. Best check the food situation so that you don’t go hungry.
